"As a contractor working with a homeowner on a claim through this specific office of State Farm, I feel it’s important to share this experience regarding this location and its team. When situations require coordination, this office has been difficult to work with. Communication has been inconsistent, and instead of working through issues directly, matters are often redirected or handed off, which slows everything down. There has been a lack of continuity from this team. As soon as the situation becomes more involved, communication shifts, and previous context does not seem to carry over. This creates unnecessary delays and forces the same information to be repeated multiple times. From a contractor’s perspective, cooperation with the local office is critical to move a project forward efficiently. Unfortunately, that level of coordination has not been present with this office. This review is specifically about this location and its handling of communication and coordination. Homeowners and contractors should be aware that the level of support may not be what is expected when things become more involved."

"I’m writing this as someone who has been directly involved in assisting a policyholder with this office of State Farm, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The policy was paid upfront in the thousands, with the expectation of clear communication and proper support. Instead, the process has been marked by delays, vague responses, and being repeatedly passed between the local office and the claims side without resolution. There is a clear lack of ownership. Rather than handling requests directly, responsibilities are shifted, leaving the policyholder to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers. What should be a straightforward process has become unnecessarily complicated. While the service may seem responsive at first, that quickly changes when actual help is needed. At that point, communication becomes inconsistent, and progress slows down significantly. This is not what someone should experience after paying for a policy and expecting support when it matters. If you are considering doing business here, be aware that you may need to put in far more effort than expected just to get proper communication and follow-through."

"I had such a wonderful experience working with Arlette at State Farm! From start to finish, she provided truly top notch customer service. We spoke over the phone, and she was incredibly friendly, patient, attentive, and helpful. What stood out the most was how well she listened. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed for both my home and auto insurance, and made the entire quote process smooth and stress free. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. It also seems like this entire office is amazing. The person who first answered my call and transferred me to Arlette was just as kind, helpful, and attentive. That really says a lot about the team!
